Sufficient and great location.

Shelf space in the bathroom was great. Staff friendly.

There was a smoke smell in the room. Although my husband didnt smell it, it was bothersome for me. And the room was dusty.

Very good location, Very nice Breakfast

Great location to public transit and many sights. Clean, comfortable room (with charming wallpaper), that faced to the inner side of the hotel so it was very nice and quiet at night. Enjoyed the electric tea kettle, & free umbrellas to borrow for the day if needed. Very nice breakfast spread and great service at breakfast.

If you are on the 6th floor beware that breakfast is served daily on the 7th floor so you may hear the staff and early breakfast guests directly above you starting as early as 6am; which was mildly disruptive. Also, most staff members greeted us upon entering the lobby while others literally never looked up.

Pleasant hotel with good breakfast and convenient location.

Right next to main pedestrian stretch for shops and restaurants and short walk to the harbour area, plus tourist information centre. MacDonalds is immediately below and Espresso House across the street for great coffee and light meal. One block from thee d stop of the light railway which is 45 mins ride to the airport- but long walk to connect to the terminal.

Nothing except housekeeping were very late in the day to clean or service room.

Wonderful stay in Bergen

Great location easy to find and easy to drive in and out. This was our starting point and ending point of our Norway road trip. You can walk to every thing and really enjoy the city sights. Parking was a few minutes away. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and had great menu.
