She small variety breakfast and the new method of cleaning the room that we needed to be schedule in the app, I think as Im on holidays I shouldnt need to worried about using my phone for that kind of thinks, I just needed to relax

the perfect hotel in the perfect location

the location was perfect in the heart of the city ,3 minutes away from train station vesterport(togbus) that you can move everywhere!!!! 5 minutes away from tivoli gardens. the hotel is surrounding by cafes ,restaurants and stores!! the breakfast was pretty good the staff was amazing ,polite and very helpful,especially Mr.Andrew that helps us in some problems that we got with the check in process., and also very helpful was and Mr Saimon that gives us sea view room.

i didn;t like the breakfast box(take away) was extremly poor We had a problem with the check in process. The room had not been paid while we had updated card( via booking.com)The problem with the help of Mr. Andrew was solved but as a physical presence I was charged money from my bank in payment.

Superb

Highly Recommended Place to Stay

The location was amazing, as it was minutes away from the central railway station and bus stops. We were on the 18th level, and the view was amazing. The junior suite was really spacious. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive, with local delicacies. The staffs were very friendly and helpful (especially FO). My daughter got sick during our stay, and they explained the process and helped us get in touch with the doctor.

No Minibar or small refrigerator available in the room.

Poor

Great location with not so great breakfast and awful staff

We are a family of 4. We stayed in tromso compenhageb from 31st December to 2nd January. The room was spacious and could fit 4 of us well. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the city centre that makes travel very easy

The staff were rude and uncourteous. You need to make a reservation for room cleaning and for breakfast the previous day. If in a rush you miss doing this chances are you wont get a seat at the breakfast table. We follow a vegan diet and the breakfast spread is absolutely the worst for people on special diets. I had stayed in Scandic Oslo and tromso prior to this so I expected betters but all I could eat were baked beans and dry bread. Nothing else was available. The hotel staff did not help when we asked for a hot water kettle in the room. They said it was not included in our room rate. Really? A hot water kettle is charged for?? No laundry services as well here.

Superb

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location, great value for money

The location was superb, very central. Nice clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable . Our room had a beautiful view of the lake.

We loved Copenhagen and had a great stay.

Location was great - easy walk to trains, metros, Tivoli Gardens etc....The staff was friendly and helpful with questions and a quick smile.

The room bathrooms were lack luster and the shower horrible. We have stayed at scandics before and been so impressed with the accommodations. This didn't have tissues, conditioner, lotion - nothing. It just didn't have the same quality of other Scandics. Breakfast was nice to have it included but the EXACT same food each morning - just felt bland. I mean overall it was fine and we had a great stay so nothing major. Just if we are going off other hotels I had a different expectation!!!

Very good

A great location but practically no free parking provided by the hotel.

Centrally located and very clean.

I booked the hotel as the listing said that free parking was available at the hotel. When I asked about the the parking upon arrival I was told that there were around 8 spaces only! I ended up paying a lot for street parking. Listing could have been more clear about parking to avoid surprises.
