It was in a place where it was easy to step out and get food, etc. busy street but not noisy when in the hotel.

The room where we stayed with pool side access, the electricity kept going on and off, think there was an issue with the card. Thankfully though it was just a couple of seconds at a time.

Enjoyable stay in a quieter area of Patong but within walking distance of main amenities

Pleasant hotel, quiet area but within walking distance to beach and main strip. Nice breakfast, good facilities.

Bathroom wasnt very clean, bathtub needed a good scrub and deep clean.

The whole atmosphere is super. There are fine pools, table tennis, gym, etc. Simply the place where good to stay. The beach and the centre are in comfortable walking distance.

The prices on various websites are rather varying, in fact Booking is very overpriced. Check with hotel, too.

The shower was going from cold to boiling hot, then cold again, then hot,... the breakfast was ok, selection could vary a little bit more though.

Breakfast was good Rooms were also okay

Worst Wifi Had booked studio room with pool view but got studio room with the view of big electric transformer in front of the balcony. This is just scam and the hotel staff convinced saying their is a partial pool view, which is just not acceptable. Thank god I could connect with booking .com with this issue and got offered a better room with good view.

The resort was great, had a gym and the pool area was lovely. Huge pool and huge resort with 2 pools. The rooms are modern, nice balcony and nice food.

The AC was too close to the bed which was uncomfortable, the bed was hard and we didnt sleep very well. If it wasnt for these points it would be 10/10 but that let the property down

. The staff are phenomenal and so hard working. So friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble . GUANG (I hope I've spelt it right ) the lovely women at the pool bar made the most delicious cocktails . She was so so friendly and her Customer Service was just fantastic . The room was a great size and the beds very comfy. The two pools are great and there is always sunbeds available . The location is close to Bangla road, restuarants, shops etc. Great value for money and we really enjoyed our time here

There could perhaps be more amenities in the bathroom as we tended to get these things in other 4 star hotels but no issues just a suggestion
