Exceptional

The rooms were clean very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visting to katmandu.

Very good

The staff were amazing and helpful ++ The Manager/s arranged our transport for a large group on arrival and departure. They also helped arrange transport between Kathmandu and Pokhara, Pokhara to Chitwan. They were very helpful and I can't say how helpful this is when traveling as a group in a foreign country. The Managers even allowed us a few rooms to store luggage in on our last day until our flight departed - this was very appreciated. Thank you! Breakfast had a wide range of foods to choose from and the complimentary barista-made coffee was a great addition!

Bed linen and pillows could be replaced but realise that the past few years have been difficult in Nepal and this is another expense.

Perfect stay in Kathmandu

The second year and fifth time in this fantastic hotel lokated in beautiful thamel. Super friendly staff and excellent service with comfortable beds and clean rooms. We will always come back to this hotel. Its perfect.

Near to the Thamel streets

No hot water for basin. Need to wait for more than 10mins before hot water running for shower. Not convenient for elderly since the staircases are high.

Disappointing, Being generous in my rating but management needs to do some work.

1. Good location on quiet street.

1. Our room was very dirty and unkempt, so much dust everywhere. 2. Towels have been destroyed by softener, they will leave fibres all over your skin and fail to leave you dry, also bed linen left us feeling itchy. 3. Basic bathroom is very mouldy/dirty, housekeeping couldnt even be bothered to put paper on holder? Toilet wasnt even cleaned from last occupants (marks in bowl). 4. Staff not as friendly/helpful as all the other hotels we have stayed at in Nepal over multiple trips.
