Clean and comfy stay

Loved the rooftop pool. MBK centre was across the street which was easy to get to. Bedded were comfy and clean.

Conveniently situated and comfortable

This hotel reminded me of some of the really nice youth hostels I have been to travelling through Europe. It didnt feel like a hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and the location very good.

Very convenient for a short stay

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, really close to everything you need.

No hot water, other guests were quite loud in the corridors/lift outside our door.

Decent Family Room near Siam and walking distance to major shopping malls.

Booked the family room, the size is ok but a little bit squeezy with 2 luggage and a stroller. The family room came with 1 shower room, and another with toilet bowl + bathtub, which is good for family members. Lifts requires access card to reach to the guest floor, which will be good as their reception is at the top level. Requested for 1 hour late check out due to late flight and was given. Wifi is good and stable.

The soundproofing is rather poor and we could hear the next door showering and piping sound. other than that, nothing much to complain about.

Reception at level 8 is a bit hassle and confused at first. However after the 1st day stay, it is fine.

Disappointing

Self-service hotel! Please find better hotel in the area for the same rate.

-The beds were comfortable to sleep in. -5 minutes walk to central MBK/Siam mall area. -Good to just crash in for like a night's stay and no more.

-The entire experience with this hotel was quite odd and confusing. The reception is located on the 8th floor. There was no one at the door to help us up to the lobby and we had to manage by ourselves. -The room were missing basic amenities like hand wash, toothbrush though there was a bathtub. Again, there was a kettle and cups but no teabags and sugar. When I tried to call reception, I realized there was no telephone line. It was a nuisance to go up and down every-time we needed to confirm something. I called them up using the number in the additional room menu from my own phone, and asked them if they could bring the sugar and teabags, but their reply was: "Please come to reception and get it yourself here." -The AC's setting was super cold. I put it on 27 degrees but it was still cold. Got a sore throat the morning after. -The hand basin would leak with water every-time I used it. Also, every-time I opened the door to shower room, it would hit the ceiling bulb and make a noise. The design is lacking and so is maintenance. -The alley to the hotel stank of drain and sewage. -Breakfast was pricey for the limited menu. -Even when returning to the airport ( we booked airport taxi), no-one came to help us with luggages. -I noticed they had free souvenir section and asked if we could get one, but the setup was that if we rated the hotel 5 stars and showed to the staffs for verification, only then we would get a free souvenir (worth 200 Baht). I mean did they think of us as so fickle to the point of buttering up the ratings just for a 200 baht or even less souvenir? That was some cheap marketing!
