Very good

Good hotel, great location, very good breakfast and staff, but expensive, with small rooms.

Very good

The room was tiny, but nice, which was ok for a short stay. Location was perfect. We loved the look at the channel.

One morning we were woken up by loud music from the next room...at like 8h on Sunday. The stuff was overall nice, but were looking at us confused as we asked them to talk with the guests to turn of the music. At the end we had to knock on there door to ask them to turn it off.

Superb

The bar and the free first drink. The convenient facilities and the Marshall speaker!

The breakfast is good. But the price is much higher. Especially if you have it while didn't book it last day, the girl asked me 24EURO.

Exceptional

Amazing, Christmas get away! Very central, 5 star hotel with very personable staff nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect location right in the center of town, room was modern and had everything you needed. Shower was great! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food and cocktails were amazing.

We loved it all!

Disappointing

Disappointing choice

nothing was above average. interesting interior at lobby but way too crowdy and noisy even on early hours. The location was very central and conveniently there were plenty of parking choices around at an additional cost. Nice central area with restaurants nearby.

extremely rude behaviour from housekeeping, had to call the supervisor and then the manager as he wouldn't get put of my room. The room was supposed to have waterfront view but was located at the far end of the corridor where the view was actually the main street with a corner view of the canal. In general poor quality of infrastructure and provisions. Soft bed with bad quality pillows. Not enough space for luggage and clothes. No slippers or bathrobe in the room. Toiletries were down to minimum, such as big bottles of shower gel/ shampoo. Nothing extra to that. The ceiling and in general the entire ambience of the room was of poor/basic condition. Self check in at the bar with no person in charge to discuss any request. No check out facility, just a box on the main bar to drop the room card. Room temperature upon arrival was very cold and it took quite few hours for the A/C to reach a pleasant temperature on a cold day. In general an impersonal hotel with no face or care.
