Came to explore the city

Perfect location, super friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom Room service came and cleaned the room while we were out and placed our childs stuffed animal on the made bed. Kids loved that. Super cute touch

We enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

The bed and pillows were lacking considering how nice the hotel was. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. The floor needed mopping.

Mid for the price

Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Room size was nice. View was amazing. Great room service. Nice to be able to cast to the tv from phone.

No hot water!!! Fridge wasnt cold enough. No microwave in room. Beds werent very comfy. No food delivery to room.

Location location location and clean clean clean

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff Family vacation. Took the train from ORD to Clarke/Lake. Walked 3 blocks to hotel. Walked everywhere. Super easy and felt safe
