Not bad

The location is ok because it's close to the bus stop but we have to change 3 times to go to the city

Breakfast needs to be improved Never had of oatmeal soup.. Ham and cheese should be placed in a cold/ice container

Good for a short stay just needs a better upgraded AC system and a bit of dusting and a wipe down

The price and location and staff were excellent

The ac wasnt strong and couldnt go any colder and it was a hot day and the windows brought in a lot of sunlight and heat even though we had closed them all we so we were sweating a bit during the night. Paid $18 dollars for a buffet breakfast which wasnt that great. Not many options for breakfast, the bacon was very hard to chew and there werent any condiments like butter jam or even tomato sauce and such. Our room was quite dusty especially around the kettle and tea area

Pleasant

With a little more effort this could be a very fine and comfortable budget hotel.

Nice and probably newly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and a good shower

Breakfast was horrible. Unfresh, unmaintained, messy. Restaurant and bar was closed down. The pool was dirty due to a recent storm - but it wasnt cleaned even after several days.

Superb

Great accommodation but disappointed that sleeping arrangement was not meet correctly.

Rooms were very neat and tidy.

Requested two beds and it was for Dad and daughter. This was not provided and when asked to amend the sleeping arrangement was offered a fold out bed but told that we had to pay an extra charge of $45.00 for each night.

Superb

Excellent position, staff, newly revamped, comfortable bed, would stay again

The staff were very accommodating, happy at their work. Room had recently been revamped and was fresh. Had good quality linen,coffee pod machine, herbal teas and good quality toiletries in the large pump packs- good for the environment and dont run out!! AC was good, quiet and individually controlled.

Only the room was a little noisy, but I live in a very quiet place normally. The position ( which was why there was traffic noise) was excellent for public transport a bus stop outside the door and train station 750mt walk away.
