Poor

The hospitality of the owner.

Place looks clean, however when you get in it's dust all over, corners, curtains ,in the toilet. It was unpleasant to sleep in it. Especially when you have sinuses. Jn the morning you are woken up by the noise of the cleaner and the maintainable guy..

Disappointing for Bloemfontein, in such a nice location.

The location.

To be brutally honest: The shower floor was very dirty~we had to get a floormat the following day to at least not stand directly on the dirty floor the second night, especially the corners, and the soapholder in the shower wasn`t stable. our products fell out. The batteries of the remotefor the tv were flat, could not be used. The front glass door couldnt lock, lock was broken. Was dissapointed that there was no bottled drinking water, at least just 1 per head would have been great! The parking space is very limited. Its a lot, but we rather share, so that it can be dealt with and the stay for the following customers could be more pleasant.

Not what I expected

Security

Wasn't what I expected. Didn't anyone (staff) had to drive and buy airtime to call for gates to be opened. Never told if we arrive after 6pm we will not find anyone. Packing is too small

Reasonable price. Comfortable bed.

Busy as units are hidden between other businesses with no parking space. I think what ought to be the garage/ parking for each unit has bee rented out as storage space for office stationery and other businesses.

It was not a pleasant stay

The area that is based at, its close to the mall and everything that I wanted was close

The TV remote was not working and we asked for assistance and we were never helped. I couldnt watch TV for the entire stay. The parking space is also a problem, there was not enough space for parking.

Good

Loved the privacy that was provided. Loved the easy way to check in and out. Loved the proximity to restaurants and the mall. The outside setup was also exceptional.

Unfortunately there was an unexpected mess when I arrived in the sink, I didn't report it because I didn't want to be a nuisance, and overall it was beautiful, extremely well kept and clean.
