Good

It was more like a air b&b cozy casual place. Nice staff but its run by 2 people literally I think. For me the rating didn't Match the property, service nor location. It's an old classic cottage turned to lodge. Staff was good and helpful.

Food, service, location didn't meet what I expected from the review. But a decent place despite it all. Again appreciate the staff.

A very decent stay in Mt Abu

The manager Mr. Madan was extremely helpful and very courteous. The room was spacious even with beds for three adults. The Aloo Parathas served for breakfast were very nice.

The cook tried to help with non veg food but in the rush didn't prepare the Chicken curry well enough. The bath area didn't have a shower curtain so even the dry part of the bathroom got wet and it wasn't comfortable to use after that. The mattress can be softer for better comfort, if staying for more than one night.

Haven in Mt Abu

Rose Cottage is clean and the staff friendly and respectful. There are vibrant potted plants around and nice garden areas for sitting. It was cold at night and each of us was given a warm quilt in a sparkling white cover. The toilet area clean with all basic necessities. There is a lake nearby within walking distance. We had a nice breakfast, checked out, went sight seeing around Mt Abu then went back to Rose Cottage for a quiet lunch. Truly a peaceful haven. If you want to experience genuine hospitality, not grovelling 5 star place, go here. I totally recommend it. My group was 3 women, Rajasthan, American and Tamil. It was safe and friendly. Everyone appreciated Rose Cottage.

Quiet location in Mount Abu

It was very quiet and the garden is lovely. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent and the owner was very helpful.

None of the rooms have a very good view which is a shame as the garden is beautiful. The TV didnt work (which wasnt a problem for us). Additionally, there was a lot of building work going on when we stayed. The only other issue was we had to pay in cash.
