Overall it was a beautiful home. It was in the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location. The amount of beds was perfect. The amenities really helped with our stay. There is a grocery store just one place down.

The shower curtain was disgusting but other than that it was great.

Exceptional

The host is very nice, we got all the information we needed and received additional sheets when we needed them. The location is perfect, the Vatican museums are 1-minute walk away from the apartment. Having two bathrooms was so convenient in the morning, saving us time. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils.

Rome has got so much to see, 2 days is not enough!!!

Marco was very helpful and organised a taxi for airport as well. Having a lift was a bonus.

Very soft bed which caused me a backache.

Good location. Close to Vatican and metro. Kitchen very small with minimal bench space/ utensils.

Location was close to metro, Vatican city, shops and great cafes. Walked so many places easily. Daniela was able to oblige and gave us a late check out so we left at 12pm instead of 10 am. This was helpful. Thankyou. Beds are comfy and a small old fashioned lift can help with luggage.

We were cold one evening because of the change in weather and when I contacted Daniela, she said she took the remotes for the aircon because the aircon only blew cold air and aircon was not allowed until Summer. Marco checked us into the apt and told us to use the remote for aircon when needed. Then I was told that heating was not legally permitted in the building until Winter. This may be the case in Italy but when the aircon was turned on manually, heat blew from it, as well as cold. We didn't need it in the end but I don't appreciate being lied to especially when it's a service that was advertised as being available when I booked the apartment. Take airconditioning off the list of provided services if you are not going to permit people renting the apartment, to use it. It's only fair. Kitchen is severely lacking cooking utensils like spatula to flip eggs /mix food and no proper sharp knife for proper chopping of food. The dishes were not 100% clean on arrival and the plastic chopping board had food stains in it. The neighbours are noisy and cigarette smoke wafts in through the corridor at all times of day/ night. If you are a light sleeper, this may bother you. This place would be wonderful with a washing machine and dryer, especially for long stays. ( We knew it didn't have one when we booked)
