Great location, lovely staff and great food

The food was lovely and a vast selection to choose from each breakfast and dinner. The location, very close to the corniche beach, but the main purpose was for the Adnoc 10km run as it was walking distance from the hotel

The room was cold, but the view was great and we were provided with a heater

Beach. My son have cut his both feets from the first enter to the sea. Very disappointed. Safeguard have put plasters but this is not acceptable at all.

We arrived at night, 3 oclock am, were very tired, especially kids, and we had to call and then wait for extra bed to be delivered. staff hotel could have the room prepared and ready for family with 2 kids.

Disappointing

Head of front desk misbehaved, front desk staff promised free late checkout as a compliment, while later they retained deposit and refused to pay back because of late check out. When negotiating with head of front desk she showed zero commitment and communication skills, relying on the arguments that never mentioned before from the staff members.
