Disappointing

The location was good and the check in was smooth. The internet was good

There was mold on the walls and it had an typical smell because of it. There was a loose nightstand, a cracked glued shower and the bathroom sink support was leaning. The neighbors were very loud and drunk both nights we stayed here.

Very good ! Would recommend

We had a good stay, the room was clean, the bathroom was renovated, everything worked perfectly and the staff gave good tips and spoke good English! There were no problems with check-in or check-out. Would highly recommend it for a short stay in Bologna with a good price in a phenomenal location.

We had some problems with the neighbours, but its not the fault of the owner:)

Worst service ever. If you try to book here after 8 pm dont do it!!! They take the money and dont accept even 1 min of delay even if the flight might land later. The staff is so unfriendly and they take more than 6 hours to reply. A big NOOOO!

The time we spend there was great and definitely worth a visit

That it had working and updated facilities unlike many others we checked out

The only thing I didnt like is that it didnt had a kitchen and the fridge was exceptionally small

Would not reccommend.

Had an elevator and lady who welcomed us was helpful.

If you just need a cheap place for a night this is fine, but otherwise would not recommend. Beds weren't comfortable, there was a smell of feet, chipped tiles, bathroom wasn't fully clean and walls were very scuffed. Overall was not comfortable and felt unclean, not at all a place you would desire to stay after a long day of exploring. The person who welcomed us was helpful, there was an elevator and building felt safe, but would definitely not book again or reccommend.

Exceptional

Good localisation. Nice, comfortable room on a "hotel level" of interior. Clean, simple, modern, light, modern bathroom. Its from the inner side so there is not excellent view but instead it is very quiet at night.

We had to wait 10 minutes for someone in the keys pickup / checkin point, but the room itself was excellent.
