Lovely apartment, easy to get straight into the old town city centres and the station

Great host. Super helpfull telling us where the main sights were in the historic centre and hoe to get there, where the buses went from and the best way into the city, throught the middle of UniBo. Very clean and well equipped and lovely to get an unexpected bonus of breakfast, drinks and snacks all included

Slightly further from the station than we thought... Our fault. Great for city centre as a result

Great room!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet, bathroom was great and clean everything looked brand new. Room had a mini split ac which is always a bonus for us.

Lovely room and friendly welcome

Large room, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Very friendly welcome of the owner, communal kitchen with small balcony and free coffee and snacks is a nice touch. Beds very comfortable

All good, just bear in mind the property is not directly in the city centre, so bus/taxi is sometimes required.

Grateful for everything!!

Mr Franco is very kind and very friendly. He explains us the map of the centre of Bologna and suggests us where to go! He welcomes us with a drink, water and biscuits. He loves what he does. The room and the whole house is very clean. There is coffee and kind of breakfast although it is not booked! The bed and the whole room is comfortable and very nice decorated! We are grateful for everything, especially for the favor he makes for us!!! Thank you for everything mr Franco, we will come again!

A small but well appointed modern apartment with a very good host.

A lovely small but more than adequate ensuite room - the bright modern look to the room was clean and welcoming - a superb shower in the ensuite and even a mini bar, as well as a welcoming small bottle of Prosecco, and a free bottle of both sparkling and still water. The breakfast in a small adjoining room was ideal with a good choice. Above all, Franco our host was exceptional - he pointed out all the best sights to see and marked them on a map. When my wife needed medical help, he booked a taxi for us and kept in touch by text to make sure that she was alright. Lovely man! We recommend it. Also close to the Rail Station.
