Not to be missed.

We had a great 4 days in Bologna and the stay with Maria (owner) made it all the better. Great location, clean comfortable and all the added extras that she (Maria) provided. Very helpful in providing good information, whether for food and visits.

Good location for city trip.

Good location close to centrum and bus/train station in Bologna. Good size and clean room. Very friendly ghost (Maria), easy communication, no problem to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Nice breakfast with fresh croissants in a local restaurant. (1 min walking)

Bed was a bit to small for 2 person.

A great stay in the great city of Bologna.

Perfect location so very close to the central area of Bologna. The host Maria was very obliging and helpful. Her property is very clean and has a unique common area which was well stocked with drinks, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee and cookies. A large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer and dishwasher are also part of the extensive common area for guest use.

Would have loved a little milk for the ample tea and coffee on offer. Bed was a touch small for two.

Very accessible to all sights. Maria gave very good recommendations on what to see and where to eat. It was a whole home, not just a room. Classy in decor and modern kitchen. Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect for what we needed!

Breakfast was available within a 2 minute walk. Maria was available for anything we needed. She even arranged our taxi on the morning we left. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. We were within walking distance of everything in Bologna. Perfect choice!

We could not figure out the soap dispenser in the shower but did not bother to call her about it.

FANTASTIC

Amazing service Maria the owner is spectacular, she gives you all the necessary information, the apartment is very well decorated, comfortable bed, central location, the price includes breakfast that you take in a nearby cafe, but in apartment fridge you can get yogurts, juices and water, also fruits, coffee and tea are available. Maria thank you for helping me practice my Italian. I highly recommend this place.
