This place has no soul. Its impersonal and noisy.

Clear check-in instructions given by Whatsapp.

The room is right up on a large boulevard which is busy night and day. There is a kind of emergency exit sign inside the room, just above the bathroom door, that make you sleep in a sort of green halo. Mattress seems new at first glance but is hollowed on one side, making you leaning during the night. The self-proclaimed "delightful" common area is a dark windowless room, surrounded by guest rooms. The term bed & breakfast, is misleading, there is no breakfast. No check-out contact, I'm not even sure they charge me the quoted amount.

The room we got was different than the pictures. Extremely small and the walls were paper thin. Nice hosts and very kind. The rooms were not worth it for the price though.

Disappointing

bed was not acceptable and the room and place in general did not have the cozy atmosphere we hoped

The receptionist was very friendly and provided clear instructions for the check-in and for leaving the luggage in the building after the check-out.

The mattress was far beyond acceptable, your whole body was pushed down when laying on the bed, and you felt very uncomfortable. The mattress (at least in 604) should be replaced for a new one. Also, we could hear noise from other rooms (I know there is rude people everywhere) but it's true that the walls were not the best for soundproof. We were hoping to have a coffee machine inside our room and also a table, but the room was very simple, just a bed, an open wardrobe and 1 chair, not even a table. We couldn't get the cozy atmosphere that we thought it'd have by looking at the pics from booking..

Very good

A good base for exploration by foot, in a comfortable room.

I enjoyed the location, which was close enough to everything I wanted to see that I didn't need to use public transport. I found Sandra helpful and considerate, and the artwork on the blue wall made the place friendly and inviting.

The only thing that could have made my stay better was soundproofing.

The hostess was very kind The room was comfortable for 3 nights

They didnt change our towels and we spent there 3 nights. I think it is their responsibility to change towels at the second or third day. I saw the hostess only at once when I had to do my check in .. in the check out we just left the keys in the door and left. During our stay there if we had a problem we had to communicate with a colleague of her that he didnt answer in our phone calls and he never called us back. I am not very pleased for that stay.

I am very pleased with my 2 week stay. The room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette and good-sized bathroom. Everything is sparkling clean. The stuff is very helpful and polite. The cleaning lady was discreet and with a pleasant attitude. The location is very convenient. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Staff was awesome

Location was great - about 20 minute walk into the heart of the city. Staff was great - accidentally left a tablet in the room during checkout, but staff called to let us know and held it until we were able to return and pick it up
