Fabulous!

Fabulous location. Can walk to all landmarks. Everything is at your doorstep- shops; pubs; restaurants; close to airport. Staff were very friendly. Delicious breakfast. We had a late flight so it was great that we could extend our checkout for a small fee. Would definitely stay again!

Luxurious stay in a Great Location!

This hotel is in a great location, really nice staff, very clean and comfortable, nice late night bar and restaurant, buffet breakfast was lovely, had plenty of choice and the breakfast times were really good.shower was powerful and nice room, bed was really comfortable so much we didn't want to get up, room got really warm with heating which was good as it was really cold.

We were originally given a room at the back of the hotel with no view and felt closed in however when I asked to be moved into a front facing room they had no problem with changing us and the porter came up in 5 min and gave us new keys to our new room. Bar staff were too few at times and seemed to be waiting a long time to get served.

Horrible, never return

The shower was lovely and powerful

Such a horrible night, the room we were put in the cistern in the toilet was broken all night , no sleep was had from the noise and the staff were so disinterested in me when I told them about it only interested in the Spanish guests.. the bar staff had absolutely zero personality and never offered once to drop up our drinks, had to wait for the pints to settle while 3 of them stood talking behind the bar

Very pleasant overnight city stay

Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower! Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food to choose from. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
