We had an incredible stay. My son keeps saying he loves he place. Nice location.

The room was spacious for 2 adults and a very energetic 5 year old

Short adventure trip with my wife in Sentosa

The location was simply excellent, within walking distance to main attractions of Sentosa island and both, the cable car and train, to reach the other sides of the island. Has a shopping mall on the ground floor, a collection of restaurants just outside and just a hop to universal studios. Their breakfast selection was also superb.

The room service food menu could be better, I would rather go out and grab a bite than oder from their service menu; which they serve in takeout boxes, (to be more green) but not worth the money or the taste. Their lobby is nice to sit but not much to offer in terms of food, which they have a self serving checkout food shelf.

The hotel staff were really nice. Something unfortunate happened during our stay. But the hotel staff was swift in helping us out with it. We will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Price for taxi rides were not as readily available but getting to VivoCity mall and taking transport from there was much easier.

Weekend Singapore Sling

The hotel is spacious, the staff friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of stations (bread/pastries, noodle/soup, congee, dimsum, hot food, waffles, egg/omelette, fruits/cheese and cold cuts, juices/coffee/tea), the hot food section changed daily (we were there for 3 days). They have a water and ice machine per floor and in your room they provide you with an ice bucket and water jug to refill at your leisure. The rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan on top of the AC. Apart from the usual amenities, they also provided a hand held steamer along with the hair dryer. It was easy to get to the monorail and walking distance from Universal Studios and the aquarium. There were a lot of things to see and do. We had 3 children below the age of 5 with us and it was easy to maneuver with the prams.

They had hard floors in their rooms which wasn't cleaned daily. Their food outlet only serves breakfast, the lobby has snacks and drinks you can purchase, and i think room service was 24/7 but otherwise you will need to find someplace else to have lunch and dinner which isn't too far off from the hotel.

Passable

Apart from the non acknowledgement of the booking confirmation, the room, facility and breakfast OK

Easy access to all spots of activities

My booking was confirmed including breakfast but upon arrival the receptionist did not acknowledged it even there was a proof of confirmation, The next day it was cleared after I sent a written complain to booking.com Not a pleasant feeling actually.
