Clean, comfy, crowded, parking fees

This property is proximal to restaurants, stores, theme parks, decent breakfast, clean rooms.

Property is large and it was at capacity. Nowhere to sit and eat breakfast. Not enough facilities for all the people. Charged $17 daily for parking and Im not sure why. The parking lot is isolated to the hotel. Its not like its close to anything you can walk to so we paid for parking at hotel and then attractions too. Rooms need updates, especially bathrooms.

Very good

Me and my family attended universal studios and enjoyed every moment of our trip.

The staff and location was very nice and accommodated my stay very well.

How the hot-tub included with the stay closed at 9:00 pm, we would attend universal studios and come back exhausted and being able to relax in a spa would have been extremely nice if they were opened later.

Great Stay! We will book this hotel again.

Check in. The room was wonderful and fit my family of 6 just fine.

Breakfast could have been better. The Hot tub was not working properly.

Room cleaning staff is no good and receptionist are talking rude to the customers

Breakfast was awesome and perfect service

Front desk staff was rude and cleaning rooms was worst because they never come to clean the room even after room cleaning request. They dont have towels for shower first day in the room was good but after completing 0 cleaning wise. When I called receptionist for room cleaning not a good answer
