Superb

Was there in December 2023 for 10 days for the first time , had an Amazing time!!!, Thank you to all the Amazing kind staff, the hotel and location is great! close to metro lots of resturantes,spas, shops and mall within easy access, as a sole female traveller felt very safe and comfortable, secure neighborhood, never bored sooo much to do in Bangkok. Checked into the suite rooms with balcony with very nice views, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was yummy, lots of variation, from continental and Asian, particularly loved the fish bowl soup in morning yummy , there was also gym and pool, loved the pool, was very nice to chill and sip few cocktail , the hotel also organized to fantastic tours, one to floating market and the other to Pattaya, had an amazing time, well organized, in air-conditioned vehicles soooo worth it!!!! The hotel had everything we needed. The staff were efficient and friendly. Swimming pool area was great, as we're the various restaurants and rooftop bar.

Enjoyable stay, value for money

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great location, close to bars/restaurants and BTS/MRT station.

Servicing of rooms could have been better, as some towels/items were not re-stocked every day, and floor was not always cleaned.

Princeworthy stay close to shopping malls

Location is excellent, close to metro and BTS stations, and shopping malls. We liked the fact that it is located on a quiet street. Staff was very nice, we enjoyed the great breakfast and the nice pool area. Bed was comfortable, also the kids bunk beds were big and comfy. Great value for money.

A bit run down, the rooms could use a renovation, but everything was clean and comfortable. On the first day of our stay, the pool area was closed and we were referred to the pool in another building. It had very few sunbeds and was very cold. The next day the main pool area was open again and it was so much nicer.

Disrespect for guests

They have a lot of Indian weddings here. On those occasions, the music is played at a wall-vibrating, ear splitting volume late into the night. If you want to be spared this misery-inducing experience you need to make sure that youre on a low floor. Dont like being on a low floor? Go elsewhere. The fact that they allow this to go on and destroy their guests ability to quietly enjoy their stay is inexcusable and shows a terrible lack of respect for their guests.

Disappointing

An extremely sad disappointing experience that did not live up to my expectations

The last time I stayed at the Rembrandt before this visit was in 2013 and I was enamoured by the hotel! I always looked forward to visiting again. So when my next opportunity came in 2023, I jumped at the chance to stay there again. The convenience of the location of the hotel to the BTS is incredible. The staff that welcome you at the entrance are very good and polite.

When we arrived on the 21st of November 2023, I was told that we had been upgraded. I was very excited and couldn't wait to see the room! However, we had been upgraded to a floor where construction was still taking place. The floor was noisy. Our key couldn't open our door. My sister's bathroom door locked itself from the inside. While taking a shower the water fluctuated between hot and cold making the experience very uncomfortable. In addition to that the drainage in my sister's room stunk so badly when.water was going down. Although we complained at the desk and we were assured everything would be sorted out, the only thing that was sorted was the unlocking of the doors. Nothing else changed and I was bitterly disappointed
