Disappointing

Very disappointing stay. Sleepless nights and not relaxing at all. Came away feeling worse.

Very clean and modern which was nice. Centrally located and close to the beach. Views from rooftop pool and were impressive. Some very welcoming and friendly staff, others were rude and very unhelpful.

Had high hopes for this hotel. Looked very impressive initially but quickly found this not to be the reality. Balcony door in our room was broken and would not close properly. Our room, located on the 32nd floor where it was very windy outside, ended up being incredibly loud as the wind howled and whistled through the broken door all day and through the night especially. It almost felt like we were outside. We could very clearly hear all the music coming from the surrounding bars late into the night, and all the noise from the endless vietnam traffic below! Was almost impossible to sleep. I politely raised the issue of the broken door at the desk the morning after our first night, speaking to a member of staff that I could tell had absolutely no interest hearing my issue. He said he would mention it to one of their engineers and dismissed me very quickly. Unsurprisingly, an engineer never came to fix the door which meant another sleepless night for us. Thankfully we were only booked in for 2 nights. The rooms definitely were not "soundproofed" as advertised, could hear majority of movements, conversations, coughing etc coming from the room next door and through the corridor too. Wifi in the room was terrible, only able to do the most basic tasks on any device but nothing more. Limited to sending/receiving messages. All in all, a very disappointing and restless stay at the Regalia. Many very nice looking similar hotels in the immediate area that I would recommend booking instead.

The hotel was beautiful! Very grand, very clean, and very spacious. The rooftop pool was amazing with panoramic views. We used the gym facilities and spa during our stay - both of which were great! Location was good - plenty of restaurants very close by and the beach was only a 10-15min walk. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our entire holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

Lifts were always very busy as so many floors, and the pool area got very busy without enough seating / sun-loungers.

I've stayed here several times and for long periods, its awesome. Had written reviews before. One thing worth mentioning is that when I rocked up to check-in there had been some confusion, my booking was with their other hotel Regalia which is supposedly a 4 star on the beach. Disappointed I went and checked it out, can't see how thats a 4 star, the 2 were like chalk and cheese, not sure how my booking got messed up, confusion on my part using the app? misleading link and not knowing there were now 2 Regalia's? I cancelled my 5 nights and they refunded 3 of them, I booked in the correct Regalia Gold...just be aware

Loved our stay, amazing facilities, so close to everything, prime location. Loved the pool and deck up stairs to allow to mingle and space to chill. Best stay in 3 cities I gave stayed in Vietnam

Highly recommended

Free upgrade when checking in. Staff very helpful. Location perfect. Bar and pool area fantastic. Had a spa massage very good. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Short walk to the beach. Booked two nights and extended it for another two.

Only down fall was hot dishes at breakfast went cold quick.
