bad breakfast, crowds, elevator not working

Cute decoration in the hallway. good view from room

Breakfast was bread only option. Waffles cold from the freezer and bread. A HUGE line to get all that bread to toaster and only 2 toasters. First day that had plain omelets with no extra protein and some mix fruit. The next day it was literally only bread and plain yogurt. Reception was rude. There was only one working elevator to serve 12 floors which caused big lines. They do not have a shuttle service. Only one that you need to book a day in advance and only to certain parks. I would not recommend staying at this property. It does not worth it. Cards not working in elevator or to get into hotel. Check in prompt time. Do not arrive early if you chose this hotel they wont be able to accommodate you.

Never AGAIN in my life will I get fooled into thinking Ramada Inn is considered a hotel worth renting a room from.

The room and layout inside was fine.

Management or the lack there of believes that two hours after checking in time is perfectly fine. After a long travel day, I was ready to relax, get my feet up, and refresh, but I was told the room wasnt ready. Multiple times as I returned every 1/2 hour to the counter to get an update. The hit mess continued in the morning when only 1 elevator servicing 12 floors or more of customers trying to checkout or eat in the breakfast area. The breakfast was nothing but long lines to mini frisbee of eggs or pancakes with nowhere to eat because the tables were such a mess from people before. Lastly while trying to load up to leave I am bothered by what Im sure was the only maintenance man and a contractor for the fire extinguisher test company are interrupting my stay at 10:00 to check tags on them instead of having full access in an hour when checkout was complete. What a waste of my time!!!! GET A REAL MANAGER THAT CAN MAKE DECISIONS AND DELEGATE THE LOAD OF THE WORK!!!

Breakfast could have been better. Would nice if they had hot food variety daily, especially for the rate paid Rooftop Club - should have a variety of small bites and drinks should include: coffee & tea, water, ice tea

Overall I did have a pleasant stay and the location was good

I liked the extra facilities for people who are staying in the suites

I didnt think breakfast was organised very well and the tables werent cleaned between other people coming in. I also didnt think there was a lot of options for dietary requirements- Im vegetarian. I also had messaged the booking.com page several times explaining our stay was for mine and my husbands honeymoon. When we arrived there was no record of this even though I had replies on the booking.com page saying they had noted this down.
