Very good

Excellent hotel with fantastic location

The location was perfect. Outside the hotel was a street full of shops, grocery stores, Thai massages, and much more. The Asiatique shopping mall was only a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel provided a free ferry to the main transportation hub on the river. We had the suite, and the living room with a desk was excellent. Excellent room service and housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable. All in all, it is a great hotel.

The breakfast buffet was rather expensive and offered fewer choices than we are used to in Europe. Not all the staff in the hotel mastered the English language. The room has a peek-a-boo bathroom, meaning that the walls have been replaced by windows. Windows don't isolate very well against noise or odor. The window had blinders, but it still felt awkward using the bathroom and as if the privacy was violated. Everybody I know hates these peek-a-book bathrooms.

It was extremely outdated and run down. Poor maintenance because of banging noise coming from ducts. Horrible shag rug in room should be removed immediately. Who knows what lives in that rug.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are large and a great value. Location is great!

The location on the river is of course great! It was what we were looking for.

The hotel is clearly old and looks a bit frayed around the edges.

Good location

good breakfast and good service from the staff especially the trainee. the room was great BUT the second night which I move to royal thai suite on 16 Fl. not really nice after renovated many things is not okay. Thank you to Jassica/FO and Manager on duty (Khun Duangjit or Duangjai..not sure)

What you commit to the guest you should do it. Need more faster service after guest got some problems

The hotel was in a great location. You can get the free shuttle boat from the hotel to the main pier.

Exceptional

A wonderful location. We felt very spoilt!

Perfect location. We had a wonderful view of the river. The New Years Eve fireworks were amazing! The staff are so friendly and super helpful. The service is excellent! Walking distance to Asiatique! Easy to get a taxi or tuk tuk to Chinatown or other tourist places! Right on the water so getting a ferry is easy.

Because it is not in central Bangkok you need to get transport to most tourist places. If you decide to eat there Meals are not cheap especially the buffet but it is very nice.

Stuff and service is top notch, very helpful.

Truly saying room needs remodeling, it is quite shabby and old. Stuff is awesome, and service is there, but hotel itself needs renovation its simply old.
