    That they quickly took care of the non working heat unit.
    The fridge did not work and smelled rancid. The pool was nice and warm the first day. Day two it was freezing and we had to ask for it to be turned on. We also had to ask for pool towels.

    Staff that can speak english well is very important. They also need to understand full sentences.
    One staff member that was extremely difficult to understand his english. He said he did not have our reservation in the system and kept us at the counter trying to check in for an entire hour! It was almost 2am before we could get ready for bed and had to be up early. Horrible experience! The bed was sinking towards the middle. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds in order to not sink as much. Breakfast was very skimpy and coffee had particles floating in our cups. Very poor experience.

    Hotel was clean and comfortable.
    Had to wait 20 minutes to check in as the only employee had to leave to take someone to airport. Breakfast was mediocre as the waffle machine not working. No indoor pool or hot tub.

    This is a renovated 1970s motel with a weird decor. Breakfast was the usual cereals/bagels/yogurt/DIY waffles... no eggs or other proteins.

    Room seemed clean when entering (except for the piece of chocolate chip fookie on the floor)
    Low water pressure. Water from bathroom faucet sputtered at me when I washed my hands or brushed my teeth

    This place feels like a hotel that used to be nice but hasnt been taken care of well.
    The inside looks nice, like this place used to once be a top notch venue.
    Dirtiest bathroom Ive ever seen in a hotel + the worst breakfast Ive ever had in a hotel.

    The room had a smell. The rooms can use some fresh paint and news rugs. The bathroom had a little mold in the shower. Just needs son TLC.
