Very good

All in all good, though adminastrive side could improve.

Rooms are good, clean, layout is a little annoying in some places ie: door swings out right in the way. Overall good stay and will stay again.

Having to pay additional for parking is annoying, and also having to pay a deposit on arrival is unprofessional and unwelcoming.

The staff were lovely we booked a standard room but then they kindly upgraded myself and my partner to a 1 bedroom apartment. I loved our stay and will definitely be back

Comfortable, spacious, good location.

We loved how spacious the apartment was, great having privacy and our own kitchen each, lovely little balcony over looking the property, lovely aircon, great having a dryer and a self contained unit. Good location, could do with more parking but over all - good staff.

There was a rancid smell coming from the fridge when we first arrived, no idea how housekeeping missed it; it smelled like rotting fish - went down to reception and were just given a can of air freshener - my husband and father in law had to move the fridge and clean under, we had to go down again to ask someone to clean it before someone actually went out. It was some putrid smell coming from the fridge seal - it was better after it was cleaned. More parking would also be better as you almost have to fight over car spaces.

Superb

1bdrm appt - 3 night stay

All staff were friendly & accommodating. The 1bdrm appt was a nice size for our 3 night stay and my partner enjoyed the use of a balcony. Having the shopping centre in walking distance was ideal for us.

Started bad ended good.

Good size room

No parking at reception when checking in, no explanation on the booking information, had to go around the block which you cant do, ended up driving out of our way to get back to the ikea car park to check in.
