The room was super quiet and gorgeous bed

I was not able to book directly through Accor with the website not loading. Used booking dot com instead. My friend used Accor and was treated more favourably by staff e.g. room upgrade and provided late check in and more information

Best 25th birthday ever

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for the Expo and Concert we attended. We ate the best meals ever in the restaurant. And were treated with some surprises for my birthday.

Disappointing

A great location

Upon check in, they didnt tell us that to get our car from valet parking the next day we would need to give them notice. We went down to check out and retrieve our car and waiting 45 mins out the front.
