It was a lovely stay.

Near to the malls,restaurants and MRT stationa ans buses. Clean Rooms.

Service was not good the menu had very limited selection of in room dining. Receptionist could be more kind.

Exceptional

We had an enjoyable Christmas Staycation.

We like the location; it is so near to shopping and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I'm so surprised that there's a Christmas Eve party just down at the traffic junction.

Not really don't like but the only thing is we can't find any trash bin near Lobby or the hotel lift.

I shld have just book normal room than payung more for paragon view which i see nothing special.

Short distance to Ngee Ann n paragon.

Booked for paragon view (expect to hve room as per image of Pullman hotel as in the profile photo) but nvr expect tt view of the paragon side small road not the big entrance facing Ngee Ann. Where i look fwd to see lighting on the main road. And room given really far from lift.

Overall, it was a good stay!

Good location. Close proximity to the malls in orchard road.

Reception area. Separate lift to access the rooms. Not much variety for breakfast.

shower gel is not sufficient for 3 showers tissue is not sufficient and have to watch to use bed cover got a hole beneath it and I discovered it by accident and reported by call for not charging it coffee machine was not flush properly before use by the next customer. I had flushed for at least 3 times : ) it is a funny experience as I am not frequent to it although high floor but view is so so
