Nice hotel, the comfiest bed ever!

The family suite was incredible , lovely modern clean and bright room was perfect. The location also fab. Scarlet on the roof was a nice touch with a good view . Breakfast was good for choice . The bed in our room was huge and so comfy I didnt want to leave

Had some issues in scarlet with the clientele using the roof as a photo shoot and us being sat in a smoking corner but that aside its worth a visit for sure . The pool was disappointing we walked in and walked out due to a lot of people in a tiny space on plastic chairs making it very claustrophobic and hectic . That said we wasnt there for the pool so it didnt effect our stay . Breakfast was crazy sadly , queuing for ages , people getting very angry waiting for tables.

The staff was not at all accommodating or nice. They had empty rooms and they asked us a pay a large sum for the same. Usually if they have rooms, hotels will oblige guests.

Nice hotel great restaurant bar on the roof and nice burger place on the lobby level.

Great restaurant on the top floor even a terrace yu can eat or drink in with a view.

Its very busy in the lobby and not close to the MTR so hard with taxis and Tuk Tuk want to charge taxi prices.
