Not normal Pullman quality in this stay

Room service was fast. Room was also nice.

Late checkout was not possible. I left expensive shirt to closet but never got it back. Nobody even bothered answer my concern afterwards..So don't leave anything behind!

It is on the main road so if you are a light sleeper definitely I will not recommend Noise level in the night is a problem

Where are you for money still an excellent place to stay.

The location and convenience is unbeatable.

I have to say that the glorious days of the property is long gone. Decor, furnishing, and carpeting definitely is showing its age.

Very satisfying stay and would have you in my mind when booking again no matter countries.

The comfyness after a long flight to land in your bed and figured out how comfy the bed was. The bed, I really liked! We actually checked out earlier at the other hotel before checking in at yours due to their bed at (Grand Macure Residence Asoke) was very hard bed that it almost hurt those 2 nights we stayed there, even when asked for a top-up for the madras, did that not helped.

The blackout blinds were nice, but the curtains do not cover all the way to the edge so the light could still shine in. That is the one thing I wish were fixed to be able to have a good night sleep, in the dark when you have blackout curtains - which is nice! :)
