Very good

A fine stay near Phoenix Park

The location is great, just next to Phoenix Park, Kilmainham Gaol down the road and close to several bus stops to take you to the center of Dublin in about 20 minutes. Jonathan is a welcoming and nice host! The room was good and clean.

It would have been nice to have a TV in the room. The extraction system (afzuigsysteem) of the bathroom makes considerable noise, even for a few minutes after the light has been turned off. It would be nice if this could be separately turned on/off.

Jonathan was very welcoming! Very clean room, and good location close to the city centre and park. Very good links to public transport with several bus stops near by.

Very good

Ideal! I'd love to stay there again.

Jonathan gave me a warm welcome, showed me round his apartment and to my room, gave me a key and also - very kindly - gave me a public transport pass. Everything ran smoothly.

Possibly consider how to fit a small desk and fold-up chair in the room. I worked on the bed which was fine, but other people might be fussy.

Superb

We needed to be near Heuston train station, the Phoenix Park and Kilmainham so it was very convenient for us. Very quiet, comfortable room in a modern and pleasant complex. Jonathan was very helpful.
