Poor

Not a value for money option. The premium pricing on last minute booking doesnt justify the facility

location is the only advantage of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is insufferable. I had paid for the room with a breakfast option. But the hotel serves a fancy breakfast buffet for people who are paying separately(I guess) and directs you to a dark hole of pathetic breakfast. Didnt understand the need for such dual treatment even after the hotel charges you absurdly high on the room rentals.

Hotel is well maintained and clean. Location is perfect for airport travelers

The services and the property is if not better but at par with most five star hotels around the area but the staffs uncourteous behaviour brings the rating down. The senior staff at the reception as well as at the dining hall can definitely use a good hotel management course as this is the least we can expect from a five star hotel that the staff is cordial and warm with their instead of being cocky and judgmental.

Location is great

Need refurb noise lever is high if you are light sleeper definitely I will not recommend Rooms have a strange smell which is really annoying Staff need more training
