Very good

Our stay was amazing. We loved every moment of it

The property is beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains. The resort had free guided hikes which we absolutely enjoyed. There were also activities every night to keep us entertained.

Sani Pass

The location is faultless, amazing views. Customer service was exceptional Rooms and beds/bedding great.

The food was not up to standard, including the taste, especially from their alacarte menu. Entertainment on New Year's was not great, below par really. No fridges in the room so i had to track back and forth to reception to store my medication. Highly inconvenient as it was pouring with rain most of the time..

Overall I did enjoy my stay.

It was comfortable. Clean. I loved the family room. The scenery is priceless. I enjoyed the restaurants around the facilities. Horse Riding and Indoor heated pool was great. I enjoyed their lounger.

Their food was not great. I think it more catered for children and budget constraints . I would rate 6/10. There was no continental breakfast. Trout; snack time biscuits; mushroom etc was not available for breakfast. I found food to quickly finish. Lunch time variety is necessary. Food variety can improve. Their spa was good but there is room for improvement.

Premier hotel Sani Pass

Comfortable and clean room.

Very disappointed with the quality and range of food offered in the restaurant. Shocked to note the deterioration in the buffet from my last stay which was one year ago. Staff not friendly and seemed reluctant to attend to any query/issue.

Im missing it already, this is one place you would want to go to every end of the year to just relax and refresh

The staff was so professional and the faculties were top class. The setting and the ambiance of the place was just perfect. The whole place was tranquil.
