Very good

The activities were awesome. Volleyball, soccer, karaoke, swingball, putt putt, hikes, archery, fishing. Restaurant had some decent meals at reasonable prices. The shop is reasonably priced.

The resort management must consider installing roofs over the outside braai areas. It rained every afternoon that we were here and made braaing a bit difficult. Regarding the hikes where you have to cross through the river, the resort management must consider installing ropes so one can hold on to this whilst crossing the river. Ultimately, it would be nice if there were stepping stones or bridges installed so that kids could cross over river safely.

Location

The trouble and stress that was experienced in trying to get my refund on the previous booking with the same property. Booking.com were of ZERO help. The property initially also denied receipt of the funds. I had to supply proof of payment and supply bank statements. Why???

Perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday with extended family.

The place is beautiful, superb backdrop of the Drakensburg with spectacular views. The staff are polite, friendly and attentive. Our check in and check out was smooth and professional . Our request for rooms near the reception area were granted as we had family members with disabilities. The entertainment provided over the festive season was great, enjoyed bringing in the New Year in a controlled, festive and celebratory atmosphere.

The place gets very hot in summer and there are no fans / aircons in the lounge/ dining area of the chalets.

Chalets very old and unkempt. Blinds (Kitchen) at my Chalet was not closing TV too old, with a bad signal Food is expensive and breakfast is bad

Lovely chalets Spacious Great location

Aircon in main room would be nice Only one pool area. Would be a great addition for more pools around the resort and a small water park for the smaller ones
