Pleasant Stay and Comfort

Breakfast is good and homely taste. Service of the staff is good and polite in nature

Hot water is provided through water tap but heat is not enough. Provision of hot water by manual will be appreciated

Satisfactory.The behavior of staff was good.The network was poor.Windows have no locking sistem.Hot water facility was only from 6pm to 10pm.Health closet stand not not properly fixed.

Family stay for two days

Location was good as it was close to main road to Munnar. The staff were really good. They didn't have any soap or towels in the bathroom. And getting the hot water to bath was tedious task as the staff ran the hot water tap for around half an hour to get the hot water from it. They gave us the bathroom mat after I asked them and never provided the TV which was a big missing for kids for two days.

No tv. Difficult hot water.
