Excellent hotel, the personnel is super friendly, the beach is great, and a great variety of drinks is available in the room. Value is great.

Alcohol was top drawer Staff excellent

Layout of room. Bath took most window leaving chairs without sea view. Changing bath 90 degrees allow window view Only way to watch TV was from bed. Phone and TV replaced. Both in-operative Shower had glossy tiles (nearly fell) Food - Daily special was at best warm Salid bar was best Desert - Boring, same every day Information - No layout of facilities or activities. Always referred to app but being on holidays never carried a phone Never found Mayan restaurant or elevators (Bad knee)
