Very good

For a 4 day trip to patong is this a good hotel, not recommended to stay longer

Location is great, its in the centre of patong Beach, nightclubs cafe and restaurants are located within walking distance. Amazing Staff.

Isolation of the room is very poor, the street noise is very annoying

Its location was good

Where do I start? dirty and run down, the elevator is a hazard, the room had a fridge that didnt work and was leaking, we paid for a safe key and didnt receive it, the mattresses were harder than the concrete floor. Avoid this place at all costs

Not great.

Not a lot,I gave up on my usual hotel in patong because it was being run into the ground after being great 20yrs ago,so I moved,sorry I did,thank you.

Tv,only English channel was al jazeera with 24/7 gaza problem, breakfast was atrocious if any was left,pool not great(went once) and room no good.

Worst hotel I stayed in my life, the room smelled like mold, no isolation on the walls so if someone took a shower at 4 am you listen everything, after that I asked to stay 1 more day, I made mistake on day of booking, 2 min later they say dont give the money back and I have to leave, worst place ever

Worst Experience ever!! No water in bathroom or toilet! They keep saying it is a technical error.

Worst Experience ever!! No water in bathroom or toilet! They keep saying it is a technical error; however in our 24 hours of stay it was not solved. I wouldnt not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
