Superb

Even though we only stayed at the hotel for one night before heading to Koh Tao, we found it to be very pleasant, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was well-maintained and lovely. The food at the hotel was fantastic; after trying Pad Thai at six different restaurants, this one was undoubtedly the best! They were also helpful in ensuring we reached the pier on time, providing their own hotel car service. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer, actually!

Disgusting hotel, staff attitude and money-grabbing - AVOID!!

Nothing!!

The room was insecure(doors could not be locked), unsafe (bedside lamp electric arching), unclean (dirty bed linen, dirty towels, and smelt of damp), no hot water, sewerage smell in toilet, With no food safety awareness hygiene evident in the dining/breakfast area, I refused to eat there. Attempting to cancel the accommodation was a battle, with 2 nights charged and me forced to stay a second night, a refund was delayed and booking.com blamed for a lack of processing. Escalating the matter, management were interested only in extracting as much money as possible from me.

Great rooms, good location and nice breakfast

The room was great, good location within a walking distance to the Pier, good breakfast.

There is a building site nearby so it was a little noisy next to our room and the pool and beach area were not completely clean. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel to go if you want to relax !

If you want to relax this is the hotel to go to, we stayed 4 days, on the swimming pool at the beach ! The breakfast is delicious except the juices (sorry) Open for lunch and dinner with Happy hour You can rent a motor bike and activities in front of the hotel and you have some restaurants on the street and massage as well !

Far away from city if you dont have any scooter/car

Stayed overnight on the way to Phangan

The location is very nice for us, because we needed to take Lampraya boat to Phangan the next day. The administrator was very kind and booked the tickets for us without any comission. The free transfer was the icing on the cake. The bungalow was clean and nice, everything worked well. The breakfast was in the restaurant on the beach. The food was decent, the butter cake was delicious!

Comfortable and quiet

We had a very good bungalow near the pool and in view of the sea. The bungalow was very cosy and comfortable, perhaps the only minor criticism would be the water pressure was not very high but that was due to the water heating system they use in the room. It was cleaned daily and sheets changed perhaps every 3 days or so. The restaurant was very low key and not renown for its food so after the first time we used it for appetizers we did not use again. Even the cocktails were rather watered down and not too palatable. The beach was pleasant and quiet with sun loungers for the guests. Overall it was a good stay, mostly low key area with a few restaurants of which we tried about three and were good. The biggest criticism would be trying to communicate with the staff was rather hard, as the majority of them do not speak anything other than Thai, which was rather frustrating at times, but hey we were in Thailand. Naomi at the reception was brilliant, spoke good English and was very helpful indeed and pleasant too. The biggest star of the show.
