Location was good. Handy caf at end of road and easy walk to beach.

The trees in drive away need cutting back, scratch along car as you go in and out.

Lovely stay in a cosy home close to Cowes town & beach

Great house to accommodate our family of 5 for a last minute weekend away. Would easily suit 2 families too. We loved the location and sitting out the back by the outdoor fire pit. The beach is only minutes walk away and lovely coffee nearby at Mr Islas.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, we were a party of 7 adults and 4 kids, and the experience was beautiful. The place is walking distance from the centre and the beach. Penguin parade was a short drive, we did a lot of hikes. The place has a fireplace and a bbq, we used both. Lots of game and movies provided by the host. Thank you.

Great family holiday home in good location walking distance to local beach

We loved the whole layout of the house, having different age children it really suited our needs, the property had everything we needed there, table tennis table was used by grandchildren plus games provided in the house

Probably only the fact that there was no extra wood for the fire which we used at night instead of wall heater

A simple cozy home that fits in a budget for the family to have a good time at Phillip Island.

The house is cozy and comfortable & fits 2 families well. The owner is very attentive, helpful and responsive. Board games available was thoughtful for the kids. Separate apartment on ground floor provided privacy from the group.

Some of the things were not prepared or given attention such as no gas for the bbq, fireplace and old crockery. The hot water ran out on the second night of our stay so some didnt get to shower until the next morning.

The house had so much space and was payed out so well, very cosy and clean and provided everything we needed to have an amazing family weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks. It met our needs. Will book again next time

Location was great. We struggled a bit with the lock on the gate, but did manage. Beds were made, enough doonas, pillows and towels. the separate self-contained apartment was very good.

the bbq could have been cleaner, obviously previous visitor's responsibility.
