Sensational!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Fabulous location; exceptional staff. We left an iPad in a taxi from the airport and the concierge went out of his way to help us recover it. We were also upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the bay. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was delicious with so much selection but some of the dishes could be a little warmer.

Never again!

The location was excellent

The stay was very uncomfortable and below average for the high price we paid! The place smelt horrible (lift and room), the aircon made a really loud noise, the shower was either burning hot or cold. The staff were not very helpful or friendly... except the lady in reception who checked us in. She was lovely.

I like the hotel and will continue to stay there.

We have stayed at this hotel on at 5 occasions. We like the location to things we enjoy doing in Singapore. It's not a hard walk to anywhere. Love the shopping mall right across the street.

The only complaint I have is that every time we stay we are facing the Marina Bay but this time we were at the back of the building and it was as pleasant.
