Decadent, Festive, and fantastic river firework views - great way to spend New Years Eve

Fantastic ambiance, super friendly / welcoming staff, and incredible views of the Chicago River. Room was spacious and clean. The plush toy gifts for the kids upon check-in was a great touch and the whole atmosphere was very festive

Not the best value / a bit pricey. The food on the in-room dining menu was relatively bland (although portions were sizable).

Art deco masterpiece in heart of Chicago

Great location at the foot of the Magnificent Mile. Amazing beautiful building. Up-scale property vibe with awesome scent, uber-friendly and helpful staff. Nice dining options - from lobby bar and rooftop cocktail lounge.

Elevators took just a bit too long as only a few go to the main set of floors (others go to only top floors and rooftop lounge). Upgrade suite was not as large as expected and separate seating area was small-ish. No bathtub in bathroom.
