Staff was helpful and kind.

No iron&board service to rooms. Close to beach but 20 mins walking to bangla road(where nightlife&markets) Too much kids and street noise in the morning. Swimming pool water fountain noise was annoying in the morning. Everyday same breakfast menu. Coffee machine not working in the breakfast lounge.

Relaxing stay in Patong

The room was spacious, clean, bright, and the bed was comfortable. Unlike many other hotels in Patong, there was no live music nearby which meant that I could have a good nights sleep. Breakfast was well varied, the pool is large (but in dire need of more beds), and theyve got a basic gym. The beach is literally 3mins from the door of the hotel and as its located 20mins walk to the centre of Patong you can escape the chaos that surrounds Bangla Road.

As many other reviews mentioned, it is indeed quite dated and is in need of an update. A majority of the ground floor is derelict and the exterior is rather unsightly. The hotel is quite old, reminiscent of an early 90s resort. WiFi here was useless and the television was low quality and only connected to terrestrial channels.

Very good

Great stay! The staff were amazing and the cleanliness was really good.

The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was also very nice.

The bed was a little bit hard for our liking. The pool bar also was not open.

Not a pleasant place to stay

The room was in good condition but hotel cleaning or housekeeping is not that good.

The staffs aren't great. We felt every bit of unfamiliar treatments from the staff. The trip was planned for my bdy but and I asked for a mid night bdy cake. Which they told hotel has policy of giving only small cake and bit of decorations if possible. If we want a big one we have to pay 800 THB. We hence purchased from outside. We asked the receptionist to provide a knife and some candles to arrange. But they had lot of issues in giving so. At last if they gave a knife with a clause to give it back immediately after cutting the cake but no candles were provided. *The property is a big property with lift only in lobby areas. *There is no CCTV in the corridor of the property although it is a 4 star property.

Overpriced and run down

Breakfast is good and room sizes are good. Location is at the top of Patong Beach and ok.

Property is dated and run down for the price. The hotel is neglected. Pool bar not functioning and there are more better hotels along Patong Beach that feel more comfortable.

Great location and enjoyable stay, however would have enjoyed the swim up bar advertised

The location, breakfast, service, and pool were all great

Our original room smelled really damp and had no sunlight but the staff were very helpful in finding us a better room - we were also excited for the pool bar which was closed throughout our whole stay
