Good location to the airport. The Filipino lass booking us in at breakfast has a very beautiful and pleasant nature

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the fridge had no freezer to freeze ice bricks for my wife's medication.

Dont Stay at the Park Royal

The fitness facilities were great and very substantial. The pool, spa, and sauna were good after a long day out.

The room for the second stay in a week was not fitted properly for my family. We had to ask for a fifth bed, even after being there a week before. It is common sense five people five beds! The king bed was like a concrete slab. Beds are old, hinges in the bathroom are rusted, grout in the bathroom is falling apart, and the plug in the bath is non existent. The staff were good at reception, but lacking everywhere else. If you ask for room utilities it takes forever. Room services is fast for early service and hot, then slow and the food was cold for later service. Then there was no compensation for poor service. Charged bar fridge service even after bringing our own drinks. Apparently there is a sensor pad that advises them of drink location, so dont go near the bar fridge. This was not explained at check in. Overall second stay in a week same room with no improvement, even after the first review.

It was clean. Breakfast was good, as was roomservice. Close to airport.

We could hear others in hallway, also light coming into room from under door. Pool quite cold.

Staff very friendly

Moved the bed and there were crushed chips on the carpet. Apparently the cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean between clients. For a stay of less than 24hrs & $500.00 I expect better.
