Disappointing

Bad & abandoned old style ghost hotel!!!

I like the bedroom size: very big!

Looked like a abandoned hotel; there were nobody inside of the hotel, no workers and almost no guests! Too kreepy for me! Was cristmas season and had no proper decoration! The fountain at the entrance was empty and dirty. The rugs and carpets were extremely dirty; it lookel like that someone was killed on the floor of the bedroom. The garden was also in bad shape! There is not a spa just a small sauna that they had to turn on in the midle of the day for us! CRISTMAS DINNER qas in another hotel nearby, the dinner was poorly presented and tasted horrible. BREAKFAST was ok but with the daylight we could see all the lack of care with hotel!!! Bed was dirty EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE VOR HIS REAL VALUE!

Beautiful room but a weird solitary experience.

My room/suite was exceptional. I was only there for one night and, in that time, saw no-one. At the end of a long drive, the last thing I wanted was a self check in, passport and all. Weird experience overall.

Location, room space amenities

-Self check in, We always arrive late in the evening between 8-9pm, where every time something goes wrong but there is noone to assist and you have to go to the reception of the Villa leopoldo to ask for assistance. - no twin rooms available, despite the fact that we booked for a twin room (and we explicitly requested by special note) with my co traveler (obviously not a couple) we were given a very nice room but with double bed. Then we had to wait until someone from Villa leopoldo came to give another room which supposed to be twin but actually was a double with two separate beds which we had to move somewhere else within the room and all of these at 23:30 after one day drive from Germany The room was rather dirty as it appeared that they do not use often (spiders on the walls dirt on the heating devices dirty beds at the area connected to each other etc. ) Staff advised that these rooms are not renovated and somehow we should know that! This is a very nice hotel within superb greenery super spacious rooms super spacious bathrooms and its the 5th time we are staying there . However it must be clear that this hotel does not offer twin rooms.Booking.com must amend the procedure so there will not be an option for twin rooms.

Very good

Nice stay, great for longer periods and vacation

Spacious, nice and clean Outdoor pool is great Friendly staff Spa/sauna is being renovated and will be great Breakfast for one day

Renovation in front of the room at the spa and therefore, you had to go for the spa/sauna to go to the other building Breakfast if one stays multiple days then it gets very repetitive.

Very good bed. Breakfast was excellent! huge variety of freshly prepared food. extra friendly young man serving us.

Orientation within the building!! We had never been to this place before. It was evening. after parking the car in the garage, there was no information of the existence of 2 elevators! we were lost with our luggage in deserted long corridors. no soul around to help. Not a smooth welcome, loosing time after a long day driving. the location did not allow us to walk into town. Taxi necessary.

Big size room

We booked a double room for 3 people with an extra bed. We love the size of the room, it is very big! The hotel is decorated in ancient roman style.

1/ the hotel is co-managed by another 5 stars hotel nearby, so we had to walk to another hotel to check in; 2/ the big issue about the room is that we did not found air circulation in the bathroom, so the bathroom is extremely hot!
