Perfect location

Lovely clean hotel . The staff were very helpful and polite. Even though I could have taken the free bus to the centre, I walked. The short 10min approx walk is along the lake which is lined with trees and benches. The scenery is amazing!! I would highly recommend this hotel. My room was lovely with a queen bed and balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountain.

Very good

The breakfast does not provide anything good for Museli / oats - the museli provided is very poor quality - I would like to see oats, seeds, nuts, etc. Apart from this everything was very good.

Very good

The location is good, "mid level", between the top and the lake, easy walking distance to the lake and city centre. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, very good when arriving from main train station, just a short bus ride. Quiet location.

Coffee and tea making facilities would be a plus, quite standard these days.

Restaurant could not accommodate me on first night of arrival although I was a hotel resident so I had to find a restaurant in the area which was really disappointing. Restaurant manager very unhelpful

Definitely a 2 star hotel, not 3 the way they charge for it.

Location.

The toilet wasn't flushed when we first entered! and when we complained to the receptionist, she had an attitude and was like I can't do anything for you. There's no kettle in the room, and if you want tea from the restaurant, it is 4.50 euros! The pillows are just so thin and aren't filled enough, I had a hard time sleeping.
