Superb

The location is great and the staff is very nice. The food and drinks are also very impressive. You should have breakfast here. I am super sensitive about the scents and sometimes its bothering for me because hotels in Europe use diffuser or other equipments a lot. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to ventilate the room and I feel much better. I really appreciate that. Since I live in Lucerne, next time when I want to go one day shopping in Milan I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Exceptional

It was our second time at Luganodante. This time with bigger family and we needed two rooms. We got an upgrade for both! And they were also very close to each other. We had fun and had a great time. Breakfast is amazing!!!

Great, modern place in the heart of Lugano

Stayed here many times. The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the city, convenient for both coming by train (steps away from the lift which brings you from the station) and by car (parking garage inside of the building, though not free). Modern, freshly renovated rooms. Nice breakfast. Great, welcoming, helpful staff always! The restaurant is nice for dinner.

Different options at the breakfast buffet though the hot food was cold. Mini bar Online check-in - faster & more efficient plus the Ticino card active from arrival a bonus

The room was exceptionally hot & couldn't get it below l9c & sleep was non existent due to being uncomfortably hot all night & sweating profusely. When arriving by train it would be handy to advise taking the funicular takes you straight to the hotel- Would have been ideal to know before arriving as we had the Ticino card but no idea how easy to get to the hotel it was

Exceptional

Love that there was such a focus on climate. A plant in the room to provide healthy oxygen was a nice touch! Extremely centrally located, which made for an easy walk everywhere! Will definitely stay here on our next visit!
