Great location but expensive for the standard of hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect

The staff were rude and not once did they even say hello or good morning. The food was poor also! The rooms were very dated and old furniture.

Good location, good staff, room and food not good.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location was very good.

The room was very tired, bathroom grouting was black and needed replacing, the furniture had also seen better days. The Food was buffet style and lacked imagination and was quite often only just warm. Very disappointing.

Great pool and accommodations, but the food and drink needs some work.

Great Laguna accommodations. The pool was very nice and there were things for the kids. The Animation Team was great too!

The food was not that great, especially for dinner selections. Also, the drinks that were included were a disappointment.

Relaxing with lots of food and drinks!

Central location, all inclusive food and drinks but especially during the Christmas time the bbq and seafood Buffett was very good. Theres also a Turkish sauna. Swimming pools were awesome. Theres a small zoo for kids. Hotel staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant employees.

Need to pay for pool towel rental which is ridiculous

Great experience

Great place, great value, spotless clean and well maintained. Facilties and pool area were top class. Staff were friendly and also on top of everything

Air conditioning was missed a bit because we arrived in a heat wave, but that's a good complaint!
