Superb

Fantastic! Cant beat the price and what you get for it!

Really unique, good location. Near a beach and a couple restaurants and a small town. Taxis are outside the place always along with street food. 400baht into town.

They didnt let us know ahead that we needed a cash deposit and had to walk up a big hill after traveling for 24+ hours which was a little annoying but great otherwise!

Location is poor if you want to be apart of the action in Phuket. Customer service was terrible and the showers were very average for what youre paying for.

Disappointing

Booked for 6 nights only stayed one.

The drinks were excellent

All the rooms smelled like smoke, nothing seemed clean, food wasnt great.

Goos for Instagram pictures.

The staff wasn't friendly, every enquiry made or questions asked the staff immediately said no.they were not accommodating. The bathroom drains were clogged, and the water wasn't draining out. There was a sewage smell in the toilet and bathroom. During the breakfast service, any requests were turned down. For example, my colleagues and I asked for omelette to be made, and they said no, and its not available. Previous hotel stays in phuket accommodated us. If you book a double bed and don't specify 2 single separate beds they will charge you. No laundry services. There is no area to dry wet swimwear They refused to accommodate early check-in.

pool area is pretty but thats it

tiny rooms, no storage area for luggage or to hang clothes, bathroom is open concept n, location is off two very steep hills makes it impossible and unsafe to walk anywhere.

The beach opposite was really nice and always quiet. The glass bottom kayaks was really cool. Floating breakfast was a nice touch and didn't cost too much. The rooms were clean and good size.

The amount of tiktokers and instagrammers is absolutely mental, people every where with cameras. Doesn't make it very relaxing.

overall we enjoyed our stay, we loved that our room was right on the pool

the breakfast was delicious. plenty of options. time of breakfast was also very good. Staff always came round and gave plenty of notice when breakfast was finishing

there was only 1 dessert to choose from. the rollout bed was very very hard
