Good

The view was awesome and great value for money. Staff was very courteous.

Entry is through a flight of stairs and luggage needs to be carried. Staff does it but it feels bad to see them do it. Breakfast was good. No option for Lunch or Dinner. No space for parking on the property, though they arrange it in a nearby hotel.

View was mesmerizing . Kithalella was closely seen. Weather was lovely . Close to the Ella town .

No place to park the vehicle had to park on the road. No road to the hotel only through steps you can go to the hotel

Impressive view from the room

I appreciated the equipment of the room the most, especially the hair dryer, which I used to remove the leech caught on the trip. Beautiful view from the room. The breakfasts were great. The entire accommodation was clean. Very nice and helpful staff. There are excellent restaurants in the center of the town.

Excellent stay at Ella

Small property but Excellent view from the balcony. Staff behaviour was wonderful. Breakfast tasted awesome. Especially chicken curry with string hoopers. We will definitely come again.

Worth the money and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a budget stay

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast provided was brilliant although the variety was limited (only Sri Lankan food was string hoppers and only western food was butter, jam, eggs and bread). The room was spacious and the view despite being obstructed a little by trees was exceptional. The beds were comfy and clean.

The bathrooms were in need of dire repair.

it the room besides me there was a lot of noise and playing music until 1 AM and I couldn't sleep and in the next day one of the stuff was cleaning the other room and was looking inside my room without any respecting my privacy
