Location of hotel is good as its in between market. Good size room for family of 4.

Room bathroom hot water facility was not working. Casablanca being very cold these days, hotel should have hot water facility.

The shower in the bathroom is not handheld and the door does not block the water, so the water flows into the room. The noise to the inner side room is very loud, it's the sound of machines.

Good choice but could do better

The ensuite was exceptional. Big room and warm welcome by the staff with water and smile.

We had to wait for the rooms.The rooms were not ready by 2pm, one of bed base was broken and staff told receptionist that few slates needs fixing. Reception staff said it will be tomorrow as tech staff has gone for the day. I manage to fix some myself with the help of room service staff. We were staying for a night only with kids and booked 2 rooms. Breakfast is great and location is v good. They should provide atleast a tissue box in each rooms being 5*.staff is v polite and helpful. I would recomed booking ensuit with family. Lift is bit tight for more than 2 pple. Overall not bad.
