Excellent staff! Did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Excellent location for exploring the city centre and the tower provides great views of the city and sea.

Its a little dated and the room and bathroom showed some wear and tear. The bathroom drains were very slow. I loved the bar area in the lobby.

Central location, comfortable room, friendly staff

Central location directly within Casablanca City. Ideal for business trips or to explore the city. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

There is a nice big office desk to work at but there have not been any electrical power sockets nearby this desk to plug in electronic devices. Not really a big deal, but this should be improved.

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Younes very much for his and professionalism in his work, and for his warm Moroccan hospitality. This is my second visit with my family, and thank God, I liked Mr. Younis with his good manners and his dealings with us. I also thank the sisters Zakia and Fatima from the houskeeping, God willing, for their excellent handling and professionalism. I thank all the hotel staff, and God willing, we will visit soon.

Nice hotel in Casa specially for proximity for Shopping.

Always happy to return to Kenzi...excellent location and good service. Knowledgeable concierge service. Rooms are spacious. Room service is good. Staff are friendly. Nice panoramic view up top with a restaurant.

Would have preferred the room with the mosque/sea view rather than city. Way nicer but not sure if they have suites on that side. Major flaw is the lack of electrical / phone sockets in the rooms.
